Abstract

Indonesia has more than a million industries working in various fields to take advantage of its wealth in natural resources. There are many individuals who live in poverty. Currently, there are no job vacancies available. Additionally, recent aggressive tax increases have significantly impacted many local industries, resulting in widespread bankruptcies as businesses struggle to balance their income with rising expenses. This is aiming for how the economic growth had been working in Indonesia’s industrial system, which did not work so well. To fix these, there is a solution that comes from a collaborative global mindset, which is global business awareness that is also called “economic growth.” Each country develops in its own manner; some experience rapid growth due to an understanding of what is known as the “production function.” That is related to the input required to produce the measure of output. Thus, the output returns as income, balancing the outcome. Strengthen investments not only in products but also in the people who sell them. We should invest in our people by providing fair salaries, keeping local taxes stable, and creating more job opportunities. Also, refuse to import what we’ve already had, and do not export before our people take advantage of us first. Economic growth provides valuable insights into strategies for developing various sectors, with particular importance placed on the industrial sector due to its critical role. Collaborating with a global mindset positions us for success.
