The Influence of Inquiry Strategy on CAR Proposal Writing

Abstract

The focus of this research is to reveal the effectiveness of the inquiry learning strategy on the teacher's ability to write a Classroom Action Research proposal. The research population was PAUD 'Aisyiyah Central Java teachers, totaling 142 people. The sample of this study consisted of 78 PAUD teachers. The method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design in the form of pretest-posttest control Group Design with 2 groups (experimental-control) taken using random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and a CAR proposal writing test. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with T test, with hypothesis testing criteria are as follows: Probability value bigger 0.05 then H0 is accepted, Hi is rejected, If Probability Value is smaller 0.05, then H0 is rejected. Based on the results of the analysis using the t-test obtained count = 2,936 bigger table = 2,042 then H0 is rejected and Hi is accepted. That is, there is an effect of using inquiry learning strategies on the teacher's ability to write Classroom Action Research proposals.
