Attention Analysis of Fiber to the Home Network using Anti Jamming and Encryption Methods as Security Network at Pt. Belopa Creative Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the attenuation value on the FTTH network using anti-jamming and encryption methods as network security. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. PT. Belopa Creative Indonesia is a company that uses fiber optic transmission media. The attenuation analysis method uses anti-jamming and encryption, based on the data analysis of the test results and the standard attenuation value, the attenuation value is better when using the anti-jamming and encryption method, then the data analysis of the test results shows the attenuation value is more ideal on the FTTH network using the encryption method compared to with anti-jamming method. This is shown in the encryption method to obtain the ideal BER value by testing three powers, namely 4.93992e-031 at 9 dBm power, 4.50102e-031 at 7 dBm power, and 3.76283e-031 at 4 dBm power from the previous attenuation value of -28 dBm.
