Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the Influence of Communication, Competence, and Workload on the Performance of Personnel in Mamuju City Police Station. This research uses a qualitative and quantitative approach by seeking the relationship (influence) of cause and effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. This research was conducted at Mamuju City Police Station, West Sulawesi. The research was carried out for approximately 2 (two) months from May to July 2023. The population and sample in this study were 36 personnel in Mamuju City Police Station. The results of this study indicate that communication (X1) with t-value 2.193 > t-table 2.036 and a significance level smaller than 0.05 (sig = 0.036 < 0.05), it can be said that communication (X1) has a positive and significant influence, competence (X2) with t-value 2.356 > t-table 2.036 and a significance level smaller than 0.05 (sig = 0.025 < 0.05), it can be said that competence (X2) has a positive and significant influence. Workload (X3) with t-value 3.872 > t-table 2.036 and a significance level smaller than 0.05 (sig = 0.001 < 0.05), it can be said that workload (X3) has a positive and significant influence. The calculated F-value is 89.283 > F-table which is 2.90 with a probability value of 0.000 which means below the significant value of 0.05. Discussions and implications are discussed.
