IDENTIFICATION OF THE CHARACTERIZATION OF THE PATTERN OF GERMS AND SENSITIVITY OF ANTIBIOTICS FROM DECUBITUS ULCER SPECIMENS IN PATIENTS WITH OLD STROKES AT THE SINA MAKASSAR RS. METHOD WITH THE CULTURE METHOD
Abstract
BACKGROUND: Decubitus ulcers due to long-length cracks are completes that will cause the weight of the patient's care of stroke and not maximal handling decubitus ulcers which only rely on treatment using zalf antibiotics only. TYPES OF RESEARCH: Aderupakan something research descriptive observational, with a sample of 5 samples pasient ininstallation care admissionsand (ICU) Ibnu Sina Makassar Hospital on patients with stroke long with ulcer decubitus. RESEARCH PURPOSES: To identify Enisbacteria and sensitivity antibiotics so that can be give therapy antibiotics righton the handling decubitus patients stroke at Ibnu Sina Makassar Hospital with method culture. METHOD RESEARCH: Sample based on the order of the entry hospital (Consecutive sampling) and data processed thes tatistics and analyzed the descriptive to knowing picture microorganisms and antibiotic sensitivity on the ulcer decubitus. RESEARCH RESULTS: ProfileThe germs obtained are 4 (80%), and their LAN in the form of 1 (20%) pneumonia, and the results of antibiotic sensitivity, namely ciprofloxasin on pneumonia's kliebsiella bacteria (50 mm) and e.coli (47 mm), and gentamicin antibiotics on pneumonia (14 mm) and e. coli bacteria (14 mm). CONCLUSION:The highest germ profile found in sufferers of ischemic strok at Ibnu Sina Makassar Hospital, E. coli, with the most sensitiv antibiotics is ciprofloxasin.
