DEVELOPMENT OF AN EDUCATIONAL STATISTICS LEARNING MODULE USING STATISTICAL SOFTWARE AS A MEDIUM FOR HALAL EDUCATION
Abstract
This study aims to develop an Educational Statistics learning module based on statistical software integrated with halal education values. The use of statistical software (SPSS and Minitab) is expected to improve students’ skills in data analysis while simultaneously fostering ethical and religious awareness in the learning process. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The findings indicate that the developed module meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective. The module not only helps students understand the concepts and applications of educational statistics but also provides insight into the importance of halal values in academic activities, such as honesty, integrity, and avoidance of data manipulation practices. Thus, this module can serve as an instructional innovation that supports the strengthening of statistical literacy while reinforcing the internalization of halal education values in the academic environment.
