Educational Transformation Through E-Learning in the Era of Society 5.0 : Towards Equal Access and Sustainable Inclusion of Education to Welcome Golden Indonesia 2045

Abstract

The placement of the vision of education as the 4th point of the 16 main missions in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) reflects the importance of education in advancing the nation to create superior human resources. Indonesia is ranked 133 out of 190 countries in the education system, from the data shows that there is still minimal progress in education in Indonesia. The main factors that influence are the inequality of the education system and the difficulty of access to learning. In this case, the development of technology, especially through E-Learning in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 can be the key to increasing the equality of education throughout Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to encourage transformation in access and inclusion of education in Indonesia through the E -Learning platform in the era of society 5.0. The government responded to the transformation in this era by implementing digitalization in education. In schools, students are taught to utilize and master the latest technology as a provision to welcome the era of golden Indonesia 2045. E-learning today can be an approach in the world of education to create an easy, innovative, effective, and creative learning environment for students, especially in sending assignments and learning materials. This research is qualitative research using literature study methods and filling out questionnaires. Equalizing access to education through E-learning in the Era of Society 5.0 in Indonesia is an important commitment to achieving the 4th Sustainable Development Goals. By involving all stakeholders, both government, educational institutions, and the community, Indonesia can achieve significant progress in realizing equal access to sustainable quality education for the sake of Golden Indonesia 2045.
